My comment on comments

18 09 2009

When a person finishes typing on their blog, he or she can often feel a sense of pride in knowing their feelings and thoughts have been posted. The words expressed belong to you, and that can cause inner happiness of one’s self-esteem. The wonderful thing about blogs, however, is they can receive comments! Then the blogger can know that some other blogger out there cared enough to share their reaction. Personally, I love to approve these nice comments from others. Now, if someone would send a crude or rude comment for my blog, I certainly could not approve such a vile statement. If another blogger reprimends me on my poor grammar skill, I would struggle to click the approve button but would most certainly have to considering it is only a deep encouragement. Gossip would never be tolerated in my blog’s house. I prefer to accept comments from a diverse audience, yet it pleases me to further open up a blogging relationship through the email canal. Overall, I am a comment-accepting blogger, but blog responsibly.

Hello, your blog name scares me. Have you ever heard about Jesus? He died on the cross to forgive anyone from their sins. All you have to do is believe in faith. He loves you. What religion do you believe in. I’m still glad you’re part of the blogging network. Thanks for visiting my blog. Yeah, sometimes (actually almost all the time) I speak randomly and most people lose me on what I’m actually trying to say. Have a good day surfing…..the blog!!!

Ok I was reading this and your comments and I should point some things out. Asking someone about their religion is kinda weird. I mean you might offend them. Why are you talking about jesus anyway? Also when I post something on my blog that has to do with Jesus, God, etc I always say hey I’m a Christian and I believe blah blah blah. So it kinda surprised me when u started talking about Jesus. Some people who are from different religions might disagree with you. You were kinda straight forward when you said I don’t like your blog name it’s kinda rude. Could you please go to my site and read my page about commenting on my blog. becuase it might change your point of view a bit. Not trying to be rude kid. just saying my opinion.

i think people should EXPLAIN why they hated your post. If they’re being REALLY rude and gross I would tell them. If theyre sayin “your blog’s stupid.” I’ll be like “why?” that’s on my blog under the commenting page. Read it please.

Apparently, we DID have a miscommunication. First off, I do not hate your blog, but you would be correct saying that I judged you. When I read your blog name, I thought it read something like “devilsgirl666.” Since you said that you have a commenting page about what comments you would like to receive, I assume that you were expecting or were trying to receive negative comments – especially with a blog name like “devilsgirl666.” However, I would still be judging you. Because I saw your blog name, I thought you were trying to get attention – even if it is satanic. Because of my beliefs, my heart longs to reach people who are struggling with sin, and bloggers with such a name are suffering from the bondage of sin. Even if you have heard of Jesus, I wanted to present the truth of Jesus’ salvation as a door to freedom from sin to live freely in Christ. You might think that asking about religion is weird on this earth. I am not saying you are going to Hell, but anyone who does not accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior or does not ask Him for forgiveness from their sin to live for Him will not be saved. You say you’re a Christian, but you seem uncomforbale talking about your faith. I am too, but I saw this blogging thing as an oppurtunity for more comfortable evangelizing. You want me to respect your blog by being nice with my comments, but with the blog name I saw you were asking for some controversy. Now, I was planning on reading your commenting page at this point, but I do not know how to get to your blog. I have three minutes left in class, but if you would send me the URL to your blog, I will read more.
